Our Terms of Service for Reservations

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Avant-Garde Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and the best service for all our clients, please take note of our policy:

– Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any fee.
– Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
– No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
– For hair extension application appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes, due to the time and preparation involved.

Please communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.
